ProX C66DB Ultra Light Road Bike Wheels With Carbon Spokes - Premium Carbon Wheels For Racing
The new ProX C66DB disc brake road carbon wheels feature cool and unique carbon spokes (only 2.9g/pc!). Such carbon spokes (model CS1) is lighter but stronger than regular steel spokes. The carbon spokes look similar as regular spoke, except for the carbon fiber material and ultra light weight. The weight of our CS1 carbon spoke plus specific aluminum nipple is only 3.2g, which is about 1.8g lighter than well-known Sapim CX-Ray spoke with nipple. More than anything, the carbon spoke provides both higher stiffness and better fatigue life compared to the traditional steel spokes.
Ceramic bearings are rounder, smoother and with more uniform size. In that case, the friction is reduced and that can contribute more energy to the wheels. Ceramic bearing is also harder than steel bearings (up to 30%), which improves durability, and they also don’t rust for less maintenance.
In addition, C66DB hubs can be made with your customized logo (either etch logo or make stickers). So it will become your own brand hubs!
ProX provides two width option for our C66DB disc brake carbon road wheels. That is, 28mm width carbon clincher rims, and 25mm width carbon rims clincher.
The 28mm width rim series (model PRD28) is with 28mm outer (21mm inner) width.
For such wide road rims, the optimized aerodynamics tire size is 700*28C. If you plan to use 28C (or wider) tire, PRD28 rim series is recommended.
The 25mm width rim series (model PRD25) is with 25mm outer (18mm inner) width.
For such wide road rims, the optimized aerodynamics tire size is 700*25C. If you plan to use 25C tire, PRD25 rim series is recommended.

Light Weight By using well designed lay-up structure, mixing Toray T700 and T800 carbon prepreg, light weight carbon rims are created. Hand Built All our bicycle carbon wheels are hand built by experienced mechanician. Based on customers’ demand, various choice of hubs, spokes and nipples are optional. After wheel built, they are trued precisely at high standard (≤0.3mm) on roundness, lateral and center tolerance.
