ProX Warranty Policy


ProX has strict production management system, QC and Testing process. In most instances, our quality is very good and stable.

As there are many hand made procedures during carbon rim production, accidents will happen.

Sometimes, due to workers' mistake or negligence, there would still be some rims (or wheels) found with defects after some time of use.

For all carbon rims and carbon wheels sold by ProX, we offer 2 years' quality warranty (starting from the date of package signed for).

For any after-sale issue, please contact the salemen or saleswomen you bought from. So they will know what you have bought, and report the issues sooner.


When you receive a package with obvious damage, please take pictures of the package first and inspect the items carefully before signing for it.

If the product inside is not damaged, sign for it.

If the product is damaged, report this on the delivery slip, take pictures of the damage products, and refuse to sign for it. So it will be returned to us.

The form of warranty includes Replacement, Return or Swap, Refund.


1. Replacement

If defects of proucts found upon receipt, please take pictures of the whole product, defective area, as well as serial number.

Please make sure to send the information as well as pictures to ProX within 7 days upon receipt.

ProX Ater-sale Dept. will assess and negotiate with you for the solution, either replacement or discount (if just small small apperance issue).

After some time of use, if there is quality issue found on our products:

1) If quality issue occurs within 3 months (from the delivery date), ProX is obligated to replace the rim and bear shipping cost.

If quality issue occurs from 3 months to 24 months, ProX is obligated to replace the rim, but buyer should bear shipping cost.

2) In case the rim you bought was no longer available, ProX will regotiate with you and


Warranty does not cover:

A) Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
B) Installation of parts or accessories or tires that are not originally intended for, or compatible with the rims or wheels as sold.
C) Damage or failures caused by a crash, accidental damaged, abuse of the product, heat damage (typically caused by the wheel sitting too close to vehicle exhaust),

non-compliance with manufacture specifications of usage or any other fractious reasons.
D) The strongest spokes that can be used on our rims are double butted 2/1.8/2mm.

Straight gauge 2mm straight gauge spokes are not allowed to be used on our rims or there is no warranty (they are too stiff to be used for carbon rims).
E) Spokes, nipples, or wheel building issues if the wheels were not built by ProX.
F) Normal wear and tear (Spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, rim tape etc.)


2. Return or Swap

If the products you got from ProX found to be defective or inconsistent with your expectations (incorrect shipment or incorrect order placement), you could require for return or swap.

Return or swap requirement should be submitted within 30 days upon receipt.

The basic requirement for products that you'd like to return or swap:

1) The products should be new and have not been used .

2) The products should be well packed in original carton or new box that is suitable for international shipment.


3. Refund

If you change your mind and do not need the rims (or wheels) any more, please contact the sales of ProX within 3 days (from the date paid).

If your order still have not been made or shipped, normally refund can be done very soon.
