Considering the cost of Shimano drive engine increases quickly, and lead time is getting longer and longer, ProX has developed the carbon e-bike frame for Bafang motor/battery.
Now, it's possible to set up your own electric mountain bike sooner.
Our bafang M620 carbon frame PXE28 is currently available in two sizes (17.5'' Medium/19'' Large), and compatible for both 27.5 inch and 29 inch bike wheels.
The default finish of carbon frame we make is UD matte or Glossy. In addition, customized logo and color painting is acceptable. So you can get this e bike frame as what you like!
What is in your parcel? It includes frame, seat clamp, rear thru-axle, headset(optional) and spare rear derailleur(optional).

Bafang Battery & Motor
Carbon e-bike frame PXE28 is compatible with Bafang M620 motor and BT F311 840wh battery.
Rear Shock Size
Thanks to the installation position of rear shock on the frame, there is enough rooms to accept the rear shock with piggy back design and coil design.
The rear shock is efficient to steer the bike with confidence to challenge rugged mountain terrain.

Internal Cable Routing Design
There is no doubt that full internal cable routing looks rather pretty. PXE28 bike frame is with internal cable routing design. Perfect combination of professional geometry and full internal cable routing design. This design looks also nice and clean after whole bike assembled.
A-Rear brake control routing
Kickstand Mount
The kickstand is needed to hold the bike, otherwise it will fall over. Without the bike kickstand, you might prop the bike against street or put it on the ground. Now it can stand where you are happy.
Carbon Linkage Design

Updated Charging Port
In order to improving using satisfaction, ProX ebike carbon frame PXE28 is designed with charging port, which makes it possible to be charged directly without take down the battery. Much more convenient!

Use newest one-piece latex 3D mandrel and moulding technology.
Chainstay Protector
Chains hit the chainstay all the time. Every bounce bump or jump on your bike will lead to a chain slap on the chainstay. By using this high quality cushioning chainstay protector, it minimizes the rattling sound coming from your bike and softly protecting the chain and the bike. Being fast bike and quiet bike as well.
The max drive system puts the rider in complete control. In spite of a great power output and a maximum torque of 160N.m, the motor operates in virtual silence.
Rear shock placed in the best balance point to form an efficient suspension system which is nimble, not overloaded and extend the service life of bike.
What's more, the full suspension bike frame allows rider to get a better feel from rear shock which is to absorb the small and large hits with ease. It also provides relatively consistent and stable support through the entire adventure.
